hi my name is joseph I am Lebanese and I live in Togo more than 10 years , I m invited to Slovenia and in Togo only French and German embassy s and cant gave me visa , iff I come to Lebanon with my Togo bank account and documents can I apply for a Slovenian visa from the Hungarian embassy ? tkx

I am nominated to attend training course in Debrecen Hungarian Academy of sciences at the period of 20/9-21/11/2015 under the patronage of international atomic energy agency.
Would you please tell me when can I apply for Visa and what are the required documents.
And could you please provide me the application form for visa.

حصلت على فيزا زيارة إلى رومانيا مدينة كلوج على الحدود الهنغارية لزيارة أبن عمي الذي يحمل الجنسية الرومانية وأشتريت تذاكر سفر بيروت -بودابست -بيروت
أرجو إعطائي فيزا دبل ترانزيت لكي أتمكن من الدخول إلى كلوج لأنها أقرب إلى بودابست من بوخارست
حيث أنني لا أتمكن من السفر لمسافات طويلة بسبب وضعي الصحي .
