I would like to know that if it is possible to submit the necessary documents by another person,because the ma who want to marry the Nepalese girl he is in Italy now and its not possible to come here Nepal soon. so we thought that i would submit his necessary documents to consulate office of Kathmandu and you will forward that documents to the Calcutta for the translation in English.
