Comments on this Consulate-General
My husband was refused at the Jamaican Embassy; not allowed to return to his home and family of 23-years. Its sad when the universe has no borders, and the moral ethical decision to build bridges and not walls doesn't apply for the reunification of a family. The decision to refuse him because he over-stayed only means he had a reason to overstay-A family to love and take-care of. He wasn't hiding, and he is not a threat.
Currently the embassy is making life decisions that affects the lives of families. God is watching how we treat people, and how we make decisions. America was built on the back of immigrants, and to pick and choose and deny specific immigrants from brown/black countries not to enter the USA is the practice of slavery to your own kind. Its putting a price tag on a person, Gods people are given numbers-tagged and now separated from their loved ones. History repeats itself again!
