My passport ran out last year. I need to renew it. Please instruct me on what steps I must take to renew it.
My Grandaughter who is attending school in California has her Maltese passport expired. We need to travel to Malta in the next 10 days for health purposes. We need to renew her passport ASAP. Can anyone at the UN Consulate help out since the Embassy of Malta in Washington cannot be fast enough to help.
I need surgery immediately and I have doctors' appointments for the second week of May. If I don't attend these appointments it will be months before I have new ones. The surgery involves a bypass.
