The citizens of the country (C. A. R.) especially in the capital city BANGUI, they are maltreating the foriegners that are in the country. Some of this foriegners are Nigerian, chadian, senegalees etc. In conclusion, on behave of the Nigerians who based there, am request the good office of his honourable the Nigerian ambassador to Central African Rep. To take necessary measure to restore this problems for the welfare of our fellow Nigerians who based there. Thank you very much.
