need someones help please, we had 12 of us from the New Orleans are visiting Palau when Typhoon Bopa
was quickly approaching, we were at the Palau Pacific Resort. The staff had no storm emergency plans. We were scheduled to leave Palau Dec. 3, 2012 on United #158, we changed our flight to
November 30, 2012 same flight United # 158.
Twelve of us who lost most everything from Hurricane Katrina took the weather/storm path VERY SERIOUSLY. However United will not credit our $250.
per person change fee, because they said they did not have a travel waiver for Typhoon Bopha.
if anyone can help me with this problem would greatly appreciate it
